The previous review does not make justice to this product, as it criticizes the fact that the book was bought without the CDs. Book and CDs can be bought together or separately, but indeed to make good use of them you will need both.
While I studied some Indonesian in the past, I found this product an excellent refresher. The dialogues in the DC are transcribed in the book and fully translated, which is what I was looking for. I believe that reading and listening, as this books allows you to, is the best way to build your language skills, when you have already some grammar foundations. Overall I found this quite a good product, in line with similar language courses from the Teach Yourself series.

I was very annoyed to discover that this book is useless without the CDs which were not sent with the book. Each chapter refers to different parts of the CD.
