Aprendí mucho con esté libro.
La verdad SI me ayudó cuando empezaba en el negocio de banquetes.
Una buena opción si, como yo, estabas en cero y no tenías ni idea de como manejarlo todo.
Lo recomiendo.

The book is in good condition. NO bad lines or marks. I have this book for one of my gpa booster courses, introduciton to catering management. Good luck if you are a student.
